Foreword

Many people are not aware of the fact that immediately prior to October 7, 2023, there were no active battles between the terror-orgaization Hamas and the country Israel. Back then there was a general cessation of overt hostilities, or a “status quo” of no active combat, but this was a fragile situation rather then a solid, negotiated ceasefire.

With the attacs of 7 October 2023 Hamas provoked the beginning of a major escalation in the conflict.

This report contains detailed findings on attacks carried out on and after 7 October 2023 in Israel and is published by the so called Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel.
